Return Eligibility:

We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a grillz product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer support team within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
  2. Incorrect Item Received: In the event that you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and you may need to return the incorrect item.
  3. Custom Grillz: Please note that due to the personalized nature of custom grillz, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made grillz unless they are defective or arrive damaged.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team by pressing the 'Contact Us' Button to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Include the RA number on the return package.
  3. Carefully package the item(s) to be returned, ensuring they are in their original condition, along with all original packaging and accessories.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  1. Custom grillz that are not defective or damaged.
  2. Items that have been worn, altered, or show signs of misuse.
  3. Items returned without a valid RA number.
