Are your items real Gold?

Mo Jewellers offers a distinctive collection crafted from precious metals, ensuring quality and authenticity. Every piece identified as gold, silver, or platinum bears a hallmark, aligning with the stringent standards set by United Kingdom hallmarking laws. It's important to note that gold items weighing less than one gram and silver items weighing less than 7.78 grams are exempt from the UK hallmarking requirement, providing flexibility for delicate and lightweight designs. Rest assured, our commitment to transparency and adherence to hallmarking regulations ensures the integrity of every piece in our exquisite jewellery selection.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days, unless stated at the time of the order.

I want to return my order?

f you wish to return the item that you've purchased, please return it to the return address on your invoice alongside the return slip stating your reason for return within 14 days. We recommend sending your item back via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that personalised or bespoke to you (such as engraved items or unstocked rings which are ordered in to size) earrings / pierced jewellery cannot be returned.

Do you ship Worldwide?

We currently do not deliver outside the UK.

Can I pay for my item with finance?

If an item can be paid for using finance then this will show on the product page and also at the checkout stage.
